Shipping & Returns



We use USPS and/or UPS to ship all of our packages.

Due to the current pandemic environment, USPS has informed us of the following timeframes for all packages. 

Priority Mail two-day service is now 3 days.
Priority Mail three-day service is now 4 days.
Priority Mail Open and Distribute is now 2-4 days.
First-Class Package Service two-day service is now 3 days.
First-Class Package Service three-day service is now 4 days.



We want you to love your project.alles creations. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, or product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, please let us know and we will help to remedy the situation.​ You have 30 days from the ship date of your order to have your return postmarked to the carrier.

We do not refund shipping costs. 

We cannot offer returns for skincare products, supplements, socks or bed sheets due to sanitation reasons. All alles.textile and alles.home goods must be unused and in their original packaging in order to be accepted for returns. 

All items purchased using a sale or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for a return. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Remember, the skincare products can begin to show their effects after several weeks of use, so be patient!
